UofT AI is the University of Toronto's student-led AI organization — an incubator of talent dedicated to fostering the next generation of AI enthusiasts. We run Canada's largest student-led AI conference, publish the Toronto AI Review, and build a community where ambitious students can learn, collaborate, and grow alongside the world's leading minds in AI.

What to Expect as a Director

As a director, you will:

• Learn by doing — take on real responsibilities from day one
• Lead a small, collaborative team of associates working alongside you
• Own specific, task-based initiatives with clear impact
• Play a flexible role that adapts to the needs of the organization
• Support work that matters — conferences, publications, strategic partnerships, and more

Each director leads a tight-knit team of hard-working associates to get the job done. Expect about 4~6 hours of work a week, and possibly more depending on the role and during peak seasons.
